Approved Step Up for Students UA Program
🎓 MPOWERME UA STEAM Enrichment Series
At MPOWERME, we believe learning should be joyful, hands-on, and accessible for every child.
That’s why we created the UA STEAM Enrichment Series — a set of weekly, themed small-group programs officially approved for funding through the Family Empowerment Scholarship for Students with Unique Abilities (FES-UA).
🌟 What Are the UA Enrichment Programs?
Our 1.5-hour sessions are led by pediatric occupational and speech-language therapy professionals and are adapted for neurodivergent learners and children with disabilities.
Each week, students explore a new theme:
- 🧱 Build It! LEGO® & Engineering – fine motor skills, spatial reasoning, teamwork.
- 🤖 Code It! Early Robotics & Pre-Coding – sequencing, problem-solving, early computer science.
- 🥁 Make It! Music & Rhythm Lab – rhythm, coordination, self-expression.
- 🎨 Create It! Visual Art & Design – creativity, fine motor skills, sensory-friendly projects.
Group sizes are capped at 8 students per instructor to ensure individualized support.

All programs are eligible for Direct Pay in the Step Up EMA portal:
- Log into your EMA Parent Portal.
- Go to Provider Marketplace / Find a Provider.
- Search for: MPOWERME (ALL CAPS).
- Confirm: MPOWERME, LLC – 505 Maitland Ave., Suite 1150, Altamonte Springs, FL 32701.
- Select your service (monthly bundle or single session).
- Submit your Service Order.

📅 Program Details & Tuition
- Session Length: 1.5 hours
- Monthly Bundle (4 sessions): $250 (includes all 4 themes, registration fee waived)
- Single Sessions: $65 per session (plus a $5 registration fee per drop-in)
- Annual Registration Fee: Waived for monthly bundle enrollment
